Pool, a swashbuckling space adventurer, is exiled from Terra to a barren planet inhabited by carnivorous Hogmen. His discovery of the Callus crystal caves and the ingenious time trap that protects the secret of the crystals buys him protection for a time. Then the Terran owner of the long-abandoned property shows up with his beautiful mate Sonlea. She likes what she sees in PooL His survival is in jeopardy as he is caught up in a love-triangle and a fight for the crystals.
PRODUCTION HINTS: As space operas go, this one is fairly easy to produce with limited special effects. The cast consists of two men, one woman, and three Hogmen (gender unknown). The setting is any barren area with a few hills and a horizon. Rocket ships are optional. We recommend this script for a starting point for future Star Wars producers. Video would be first choice for this production in order to use computer generated special effects.
