SALES AND PRODUCTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN SCRIPTAMERICA AND PURCHASER

ALL Script Crypt scripts are protected by copyright/ but purchase of a script includes generous rights for production and distribution. Institutions, production companies or individuals have the non-exclusive rights to gross sales up to $250,000 earned through

• theatrical exhibition,
• sales to cablevision,
• DVD's,
• broadcast television,
• community cable,
• closed cable systems,
• and other visual media including Youtube,

with no royalty payment required.

Non-exclusive, in this context, means that other buyers of the same script have the same right to produce and profit from their production concurrently or at a later date.

A royalty of four percent (4%) is charged on sales over $250,000.

Purchase of a script obligates the buyer to this royalty agreement.
